The BREWTESSO™ is the only machine that focuses on steeping tea in their patented designed portafilter. The technology developed by KLUB MANUFACTURING of Taiwan is to incorporate a timed release function into the extraction process in order to allow both steam and hot water to infuse the tea/herb/fruit in the specially designed brew basket.This process produces the desired flavour profile from the tea/herb/fruit needed to make a regular cup of tea or a shot for making specialty iced tea infusions.
