Return & refunds policy


  • We accept returns and offer refunds only on unused/unopened BREWT™ infusers, BREWT™ 2Go’s, and other unused infusers/accessories. In these circumstances, please contact us for info on how to proceed with a return.


  • We do not accept returns or refunds on items marked final sale due to the discontinuation of those items.


  • Due to health regulations we do not accept returns on our teas for safety and contamination risks, as they are a food product.


  • If your teas have been damaged in shipping and are still unopened, or if you have received damaged or faulty product, please contact us with photo evidence at info@brewts.com or through our website contact page and we will work with you to acquire a resolution.


  • Due to the fact that everyone is different, and may react to the health benefits of our ingredients differently, we do not have a money back guarantee policy.


  • All our products are purchased at the buyer’s own risk, and we do not issue refunds based on ‘change of mind’ or if our teas do not achieve to the desired physical/aesthetic outcome. For any questions or concerns, please contact us  or send  email  info@brewts.com
